The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, developing new business opportunities while delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions. You'll build strong relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a market expert and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management & Business Development
- Take full ownership of a recruitment desk by managing both existing clients and new business prospects, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Actively research and identify potential new client companies, industries, and markets to expand the client base.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct needs analysis meetings with clients to understand their workforce requirements, company culture, and hiring challenges.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to secure new contracts and strengthen client partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to anticipate future staffing needs and offer proactive workforce solutions.
Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Building
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct outreach to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing coaching on resumes, interviews, and job expectations to improve placement success.
- Maintain strong, trusting relationships with candidates to support repeat placements and referrals.
- Manage candidate pipelines and databases efficiently, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up activities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Placement Management
- Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to schedule interviews and facilitate timely communication.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific standards and policies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, placement rates, and candidate feedback to optimize processes.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the clients workforce needs.
- Provide clients with insights and strategic advice based on market intelligence to help them make informed hiring decisions.
- Identify emerging talent pools and innovative sourcing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal recruitment, sales, and support teams to deliver a seamless service experience for clients and candidates.
- Share market insights, best practices, and lessons learned to contribute to team success and growth.
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and professional development initiatives to enhance recruiting and business development skills.
- Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales; staffing agency experience preferred.
- Business Development: Proven success in generating new business and managing sales pipelines.
- Recruitment Skills: Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Management: Track record of building long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, organized, and goal oriented.
- Technology: Proficient with ATS, CRM, and digital sourcing tools.
- Market Knowledge: Ability to research and analyze market and client needs.
